My stay at Oaks Resort Hunter Valley was completely ruined by loud and unauthorized construction work right outside my room from 7am, with no prior notice. The noise lasted over two hours, and the staff was unhelpful when I complained. This was not the relaxing holiday I paid for. I do not recommend this resort unless you want your vacation disturbed by unexpected construction and poor customer service

房間寬敞，但廚具設施都是「Display only」，有點奇怪！parking facilities 亦不太方便，泊完車之後要走一段路才回到房間。 Reception is not supportive, they didn’t clearly show how to locate our units. We spend almost half hours to find out our units.

房間都是各種蜘蛛飛蟲。 前台服務態度蠻一般的，房間複式，門口進去是樓梯，房間在二樓，搬箱子比較吃力。離熱氣球比較近

Nice comfortable bed , large bathroom with spar bath and separate shower , good sitting room with table small kitchenette. This property was in need of some care as kitchen draws were very grubby looking, bin wasn’t attached to the cupboard door , curtains hooks had come detached, shower door and grout looked grubby,this was such a shame as there was a lot to like about the property.

Lovely stay. Staff very personable and friendly. Lovely pool and golf course overlooking the lake.  Room is very outdated and old appliances.  Breakfast was below average with no variety. Great location though.

酒店就在高爾夫球場裡面，離各個酒莊都非常的近，開車距離兩三分鐘都可以到，非常的方便，而且打球隨時預訂球場，真的是一大亮點，非常漂亮，適合高爾夫球愛好者！！
